I have spent several years working in sales and appointment setting, supporting insurance representatives with managing leads and scheduling qualified appointments.
Throughout my career, I have always enjoyed communicating with people from different backgrounds and building meaningful conversations. This passion for connecting with others naturally led me into appointment setting and lead management.
Through this experience I learned that most agents struggle with one thing — consistently filling their calendars with qualified prospects.
Over time, I developed strong experience working with insurance agents and handling incoming leads, ensuring they are properly qualified and scheduled for productive meetings.

What is required to get started with Setters Force?
To work with Setters Force, you must be able to provide sufficient lead volume and maintain a consistent schedule based on your selected plan:
• Starter: Minimum 25 hours/week
• Growth: 25-35hours/week
• Scale: 35+ hours/week

Do no-show appointments count toward my plan?
No. If an appointment is a no-show, it is not counted as part of your plan.

When is a plan considered fulfilled?
Your plan is considered fulfilled once the agreed number of qualified presentations has been reached. At that point, the plan may be concluded.
Any additional presentations beyond the minimum can be carried over to your next plan upon renewal.

How do you book appointments?
We reach out to leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings directly into your calendar.

Do you work only with AIL representatives?
While our primary focus is supporting American Income Life (AIL) representatives, we also collaborate with other insurance agents and sales professionals who are looking to scale their appointment pipeline with qualified prospects.

Do you provide leads?
No, we work with the leads already provided to the agent or company. Our role is to contact those leads, qualify them, and schedule confirmed appointments on your calendar.
