These Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations for using our appointment management services.
By working with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide appointment management support for insurance representatives and agencies. Our services may include:
· Lead qualification
· Appointment scheduling
· Calendar management
· Zoom meeting coordination
· Client communication support
We work with leads provided by the client or their organization.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
· Provide accurate lead information
· Maintain availability for scheduled meetings
· Conduct their own sales presentations and follow-ups
Our role is limited to appointment coordination and scheduling support.
3. No Guarantee of Sales
While we aim to maximize confirmed appointments and attendance rates, we do not guarantee sales, conversions, or specific business outcomes.
Results depend on factors including lead quality, agent performance, and client availability.
4. Payment Terms
Service fees are determined based on the selected service plan. Each plan includes a defined number of scheduled presentations or appointments.
Once the agreed number of presentations within the selected plan has been completed, the service cycle will be considered finished. Clients may choose to continue services by renewing or selecting a new plan.
Payment for each new service cycle must be completed before the next cycle of appointment scheduling begins.
All service plans are non-refundable once appointment scheduling activities have started.
5. Service Adjustments
Service scope or scheduling capacity may be adjusted depending on lead availability, client cooperation, or operational considerations.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
· Lost sales or business opportunities
· Lead quality provided by clients
· Technical issues during online meetings
· External factors affecting appointment attendance
Our liability is limited to the services provided.
7. Termination
Either party may discontinue services with reasonable notice. Outstanding balances must be settled before termination is finalized.
8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
